My first testimonial from the Love Your Body pilot program.

Diane and I met about 3 years ago at a women's networking group in Morgan Hill. She had a catering business at the time and at some point I became a follower of her cooking. You could feel the passion that she had for good sustainable food for which I was a huge fan. Now she owns a restaurant and her life was at risk of becoming extremely overwhelming. She started out purchasing essential oils from me. That's how I ended up becoming a coach as the oils truly opened my eyes in assisting with my own health issues.  Currently, she is in my pilot program, Love Your Body. We are now on week 4 and she already has experienced significant changes. I couldn't be more proud of what she has accomplished and I am very proud of myself too for diving in to really serve those who need a change for the better. Go Diane! "Many of you that know me know that I have been on a journey to become a healthier me for a while now. Opening and running a restaurant takes a huge toll on my body and my psyche and I expect a lot more from it. One of the best things I did was join Lori McIntosh in first, a 21 day life cleanse and now I am enrolled in her health coaching class, 10 habits in 10 weeks. It's so much more than just eating healthy, it's about making an effort every day to take care of me-not selfishly-it's not the "It's all about me" kind of stuff, but real self-care. My mind and spirit as well as my body. I have lost weight, but more importantly, I am present and focused and understand more about what my body needs. Kitchari and Bone Broth

Cilantro, Marjoram, Oregano, oh my. Cilantro, great for anxiety and cooking. Marjoram, great for tension, stiffness, cooking. Oregano, viral infections, muscle aches, cooking. Only add at the end right before you begin to consume your dish. These can all be added to directly to your reflex points and are best diluted with coconut oil. Add celery and carrots to your bone broth too, if you have them.
