While certain cells regenerate (definitely not every 7 years like folklore says), some do not, such as your teeth and oocytes (eggs), for females, cerebral cortex, and the visual cortex. Some cells within your bones, brain, and heart diminish and/or stop regenerating at some point because the process of turnover becomes much less efficient and effective as you get older. Cardiac tissues and neurons do but at a very slow rate. So treat them with care. However, despite all of the above, the 10 Habits were developed to decrease the aging process with deeper sleep, more energy, more focus, and decrease the risk or growth of disease. Most of all, these habits will rejuvenate all your cells, down to your Mitochrondia, the key to total health.

BEHIND THE SCENES
McIntosh Wellness actually existed in the 90s. My business card said Occupational Therapist, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Herbalist, and Certified Yoga Instructor. Good times for sure. At some point, I was ready for the West and really wanted to experience San Francisco. I got rid of everything I owned that would not fit in my Honda Accord and started driving. Over the last 15 years, I became a pharmaceutical sales representative specializing in the mental health field and then a full time portrait photographer as I knew at some time in my life, I had to follow my father's footsteps a bit since that skill was already genetically embedded in my body. Now I am back full circle to the health & wellness arena. I have experienced every profession and career that peaked my interest and this is the one. Health coaching with an Ayurveda influence.
